Several ideas:

1. Use a rubber band to snap your clit. They are more painful yet much quieter and easier to do. Just make sure you are doing it right.

Depends on what kind of rope you have. You could look up crotch rope and make sure you wear one with a knot on your clit and it is tight. So every step you take it would rub against your clit.
