How should my balls suffer?

I have been going a little easy on my balls recently and they haven't felt enough pain so I need to get myself back on track.

If you vote on the poll, you may comment on the thread which one you voted for, your name will then go into a raffle and the winner will get to see me perform the winning punishment on video/cam without face.

If more than 1 punishment receives 10 votes then I will grant 2 winners
If more than 3 punishments receives 10 votes then I will grant 3 winners
