hi hi!

i'm trying to teach myself how to edge better. i have a tendency to fail and cum after a few edges, so i thought practice makes perfect!

reply 3 = 3 edges
reply 4 = 4 edges
reply 5 = 5 edges

Make sure to always ruin in case an accident happens. Also, using your hands can be much easier to control the stimualtion instead of a toy.

Honestly, a lot of it is practice - but you obviously can focus train for this kind of thing - or be focus trained *wink*

In general i found one way of teaching it working quiet well (especially if the focus is on not failing) is to stop at a point before you are technically edging and train like that, and in a few days get a bit closer, train it again till stopping at that point works fine and then trying to get a bit closer...

If you are lackign the self-control Merlin's way is surely a good idea since you wont end up in a situation where a weak second results in an orgasm.

Also saying a mantra like 'I am a good girl and will only tease myself and not cum' might help.

I find the threat of punishment useful in not going over when edging, what say you to a little rule? You go over, you start over, though do be sure it’s a ruined orgasm as well, you shouting be rewarded with a full orgasm for messing up.
