I may be a day early but, Happy Halloween everyone! What's everybody's costumes? Sammie and I are attending a Halloween party tomorrow night. We both are dressing as sexy police officers, it should be a fun time!
At Daycare, we are having a bunch of Halloween festivities for the kids! I can't wait to see all the adorable children in their costumes!
Besides Halloween, I just got back from a trip to Quebec City and had an awesome time! If you haven't. please check out my album! I took a few pictures! Overall, it was a great time in a beautiful city, I even got to cross one more item off my bucket list!
To conclude this short blog, I'll share a poem I recently wrote.

Home is Where the Heart Is
The concept of home is a curious one.
There is no single definition that defines a home.
A home could be a house.
A home could be with a particular person.
A home could be an apartment.
A home could be a set of blankets laid on the sidewalk.
It's all relative to the person or people that are involved in making that home.
Home is not always where you come from.
Home does not have to be where you grew up.
Home can be where you are headed.
Home can be a particular goal.
The future is completely open to new opportunities and possibilities.
I have chosen to make Sammie my home.
No matter where we end up, we'll always have a home.
