before you work out some where public for a go into a bathroom and take off your shoes but not your socks then put both of your feet in the toilet then put both of your shoes back on and enjoy!

done it after my whole group (20 people) did their business in there without flushing and if i didn't do it they were going to put my head in the toilet and drink it
