Do you ever make bets with co-workers?

If so, what forfeits do you have?

Two years back while I was interning we used to have a bet if your bosses could go a day without getting pissed at is interns ( she's was a real bitch) the loser usually paid for our lunch r bought us a drink or something like that

Do I make bets, yes!

No kinky forfeits though. Usually we bet some money, a drink or a meal, nothing serious. Nothing extreme.

The standard unit of wagering at my work is a burger from the place down the street. Pretty boring, really.

Yes i do. About 2x Per year i would say.
Normally about a bottle of whiskey.

Often about things “we” want to achieve.
Like I bet you are not going to succeed in getting this fixed in 2weeks.
Or someone else betting I cannot get something fixed in a few weeks.

That is kind of funny because the the challenging party will then usually try to loose by “helping” the challenged party.

Only bets with co-workers are fairly tame like loser buys winner lunch tomorrow or loser buys winner a beer after work. I imagine that's because no one wants to risk a workplace sexual harassment claim.

I've thought about it, but it would first take finding someone up for it, and properly vetting them before you make the suggestion. Seems kind of risky, but I think I would be up for it. Probably some kind of naked forfeit if it's up to me.
