That is very true but barefoot on treadmill might not be fun

Gymnastics and wrestling would be my top two picks given the body types. And given where the word “gymnastics” comes from, I’m not sure why gymnasts have ever been allowed to wear clothes 😆

I’m not against footwear where needed for safety, but I don’t think it’s that needed for those sports, so if I’m running things, they don’t get to wear shoes and socks either.
