Raw information:
If people are interested in being blackmailed, then why don't they ask someone in person to blackmail them? Blackmailing involves facial pictures and video's, so no way hiding your identity. Since you can't hide your identity, then just drive an hour away to some city or village and hang around some posters and maybe leave somewhere (e.g. in a shop) some leaflets with information about you and that you want to be blackmailed. Maybe people will contact you and you have found a person that is interested in blackmailing you. In steps: 1. Write down much information about yourself and make posters (and leaflets). 2. Drive to some city or village. Doesn't matter if you drive 10 minutes or an hour. 3. Hang up the posters and leave the leaflets somewhere (e.g. in a shop). 4. There is a chance people will contact you, so be ready to pick up the phone. 5. If nobody contacts you, just keep waiting until someone does. 6a. If nobody contacts you after a month, redo all these steps but drive to another location. 6b. If somebody contact you, you are lucky and have to meet this person in real life, not via the internet.
