Ad catalogues and poopy pants

I've done this one myself a few times, and it's pretty good fun. Just, you know, don't wear your favourite pants while doing it

You'll need a dice (alternatively: https://www.random.org/dice/), a weekly ad catalogue from a local grocery store of your choosing, and a reasonable urge to use the bathroom. You can do the dare pretty much anywhere you like, provided you're fully clothed and wearing regular underwear.

Read through the catalogue and take note of every advertisement for a wetting/pooping-related item (i.e. toilet paper, diapers).
Roll the dice and multiply the number of those advertisements by the number you rolled on the dice. The result represents seconds of time.
Relax your bladder and bowels, and push as if trying to go in the toilet for as many seconds as you got above.

I just did this dare and there were 6 articles and i rolled a 5. So i had to push for 5*6=30 seconds and i dont know how but i just barely made it. Might try it again in the future.
