Prepare an icepack or two, either commercially available or a simple one with ice cubes in a Ziplock bag and think of something you're not proud of or need to confess. You will slowly undress, considering the whole time your need for confession and forgiveness. Wearing nothing, you will take a direct picture of your vagina, with your fingers just above it (running through your hair if you have any there). This you will label "before."

Take the icepack out of the freezer, place it on the floor and lower yourself onto it. Close your eyes and keep them shut until that timer goes off (if you must open your eyes, you must only look at the slowly counting timer).
