Happy October getdarians! A few months ago the lovely iheartfun made a fitness thread, and I liked it so much and have been on a weight loss journey..
So I wanted to make a new one! I'm going to be using a lot of heartys ideas from her thread since they worked so well! This challenge will last from October 8th to November 5th! The goal for this months challenge is to reach 100 points! Failure to each this goal by Nov 5th will result in the following circumstances... For how many points short of the 100 point goal, you will complete: That many edges until you can cum again That many HARD spanks if life circumstances mean you cant complete one of the consequences or rules, or need to modify one, please state it in a comment before you start the challenge! I want everyone to be able to participate! I'd also really like everyone to post a goal they wish to accomplish this month! This could be fitness or health related, or something else, as long as it is something that can better your life! You will want some way to track your steps, water intake, and food/calorie consumption. I suggest myfitnesspal, fitbit, Samsung health, and Google health. But there are tons of other apps out there to use! Please use the thread as a support place, to post updates every week on your journey, and for anything else related to the challenge! To gain points: 1 point for every 64oz water drank a day 1 point for every 10,000 steps walked a day 1 point for every 30 mins of walking or exercise 1 point for every 7hrs of sleep 1 point for staying at or under your calorie goal 1 point for every pound you've lost at the end of challenge To lose points: -1 point for every day you go over your calorie goal -1 point for every 2 days in a row you dont exercise
