This is a two-way t or d. You don't get to pick truth or dare. The person below will post a truth or dare for the person above within their limits. The person above replies in kik and answers the truth or does the dare and sends proof back to the person below. Then the person above gets to send a truth question or a dare back to the person below.

So by posting here you could get two dares, two truth questions or a truth and a dare.

If you decline to answer the truth question, you must do a dare for the person. Truth questions cannot include asking the person's real name or normal out of bound questions.
