Default exercise dare...

These dares are pretty simple but if you trying to get fit it makes it a little more interesting.
So here goes:

1. Go for a long 30 minute + run, males: can only wearing shorts, no top, no underwear, half way through you need to make yourself hard, then continue running with your hard on. Girls: shorts and a tight white top, no underwear e.g pants + bra, so when you running you boobs are bouncing around for all to see through your top.

2. Do 100 sit ups whilst naked, for however many you don't do, you have to spank each ass cheek that many times, e.g if you manage to do 80 spank each bum cheek 20 times.

3. Do 30 star jumps whilst naked, to make this harder, do it near a window.

I am also doing these dares, so if you have any more ideas to do, add them or pm me, also tell me how it went if you did these.
