It should actually be composed of 2 separate ropes (since you folded it right off the beginning). Simply move one part to the right of the penis and one part to the left. This way, the pull will tighten the ropes on your penis. This could get seriously painful.

Also, you could wrap it around your penis, around your balls or find whatever position you're comfortable with. Either way - the pull will be painful.

I would reccomend nearer 2.5 - 3m of rope for this because of the need to double it back, but being in the tie up as i type this is going to make things interesting, i cant raise my hands above my nipplesor below my knees to give you an idea of their range! Nice dare though!
