Go to a well-secluded area, and put on your skimpiest underwear (Ideally a speedo or similar) and nothing else, and tie yourself to a tree. Ideally with handcuffs or similar behind the tree, or a rope or belt around the tree and you. Stay like that for at least 15 minutes.
