Failure: If you piss outside of these times, you must do so through your clothing. You may not change for 2 hours. If you are in bed when you need to piss, you cannot get out of bed. No changing the bed until your usual wake up time. If you fail more than twice, you must repeat the full 24 hours.

Toilet time will resume at

If you fail to follow this schedule (i.e. have to pee in between) it is on your kitchen floor, you will roll in it and leave everything dirty until the next day. You will also not clean yourself.

If you miss a drink or do not drink enough in the morning, then you are not allowed to leave the room where you refill your water for the rest of the day. This is to ensure you don't miss more refills. You'll have to designate a sink or container in the room to be your new bathroom.

If you pee yourself, keep your wet clothes on for the rest of the day. You can change them by skipping a bathroom break and drinking an extra full glass of water.

First try to drink a pint of water every hour.

Every time you need to pee you must pee into a bowl/bucket and find a way to store your days piss. You should leave a pair of socks, panties and a small T-shirt and shorts in the bucket you store your piss in.

Then once the day is up, take out your piss soaked clothes and get in the shower with your bucket. Use the piss and a wash cloth to clean your body and also use it to brush your teeth. Then dress in the clothes you pissed on.

You must then sleep in these clothes, or if you do not want to soak your bed you must piss once you put them on. You can only take them off once you have pissed yourself once more.

I will be grateful for any photo evidence too!
