Cleaning apartment.

So after work I have to do chores because even though I'm 34 I'm lazy and need to learn to keep my apartment clean. So every 30 mins I'll sit in time out for 5 minutes. I also want to add spanking to my punishment. How many should I do? Also feel free to tell me how pathetic I am for not cleaning. Or add more punishments.

Every time you do the spanking, do it with a harsher implement and do more.

E.g. start with 20 on each cheek and with your hand, then 40 on each cheek with a cord, then 60 on each cheek with wooden spoon, etc. (just examples, it depends on what you have at hand)

As for the time out, do NOT sit. Stand, naked, in the corner, looking at the wall, with clamps on both nipples and labia. That should make you reflect about why you waste so much time when you could be cleaning...
