Basically this could work as some sort of orgasm denial/control, punishment.
You will need:
A bucket/bowl of ice
2 hands
1 horny slave that wants to cum

It's so simple, you put their hands into the ice for 3-5 minutes, and then tell them that they have that time to make themselves cum with their debilitated and ice cold hands. If they don't manage it, no cumming and maybe more punishments.

Edit: I have read that hands can be put in ice for 10mins without damage
