Sorry if this isn't original, but I've never seen it before:

Before you put your underwear on (if you're wearing any

), twist one leg 360 degrees around. Try wearing them like this for the rest of the day. It can get pretty uncomfortable. Have fun!

Ok, that makes more sense than trying to dislocate your leg and twist it around in a circle.

Put one leg in, then turn the other leg hole of the underwear upside down, then put your other leg in and pull them up. I'd imagine it works better for girls.

Upside down is 180*, so it needs to be done twice.
