Every time you jerk off for the next week (starting when you first see this reply, not when it's posted) You will cum into a sock. Few things to this depending on your limits.

1. You can't masterbate with the sock. You have to hold it in your mouth while you jerk. Suck on it. Really have it in there. Make it wet. It doesn't have to be yours if that makes it more interesting.

2. You have to cum into the sock. But you can't take it out of your mouth until the point of no return. Wait until you can't wait anymore.

3. The cum has to go inside the sock. Not on. You're not allowed to miss. It can't be in the side. It has to go through the hole. All of it. No missing. If you do, even if some cum did get in the sock, you'll have to do it again tomorrow (but maybe with some stuff below)

And now the optional more interesting stuff. Each part could be separated or put together.

4(a). You could put the other sock on your chest/groin area so missing also gets cum on it.

4(B). It could be a two time venture (assuming you don't miss) so that two days back to back you have to make it into both socks. Once done, if you wish to continue, you'll be able to start over with clean socks. If you fail, you just keep reusing those socks.

4(C). You could have to wear the dirty socks. Walk around in them for a short walk. Or all day long. Up to you.

4(H). Alternatively, you could do none of that, and not reuse any socks, but add a day for each time you failed.

If needed, you could add a time limit to these. You still want to be carful. Or a punishment for missing multiple days in a row. I hope I gave you something decent and with some options!!
