Like every place where people are forced to live close to one another, the Asylum needs to be on the lookout for parasite infestations. Patients therefore need to take daily cold showers for three days (+2 points), wear only minimal clothing (+2 for one item, + 1 for one item plus shoes) and sleep on the floor (+2 for each night). In addition, they need to inspect the following body zones twice daily, again for three days (+0.5 per body part inspected for three days straight):
- ass hole (finger for five minutes)
- armpit (workout for twenty minutes, then smell and lick)
- pussy (finger for five minutes)
- toes (put an ice cube between each toe and let melt; extra 0.5 point if you are able to suck both your big toes daily).

Join the Asylum
Everyone who wants to join as inmates, should do the tasks in the following posts, and report on their performance, just like the girls before you have done. I will read your reports and score them.

- Fill out the form and post the outcome in the forum
- Follow the housing procedure
- Spend your first day naked
- Work on your positive attitudes
- Spend some time in chastity
- Spend a night tied up
- Behavioural therapy "Back to basics"
- Check for lice
