First off you will start your day with a 5 minute warm up spanking with your hand or some other lighter impliment. Following that you will paddle or use whatever other heavy punishment impliment that you have to give your ass 100 hard strokes / cheek. If you are home all day, you will check your bottom every hour. If it is not red then you get 50 more / cheek. If you are not home you need to check every hour anyway and add up the spankings you will get as soon as you get home (25 / hr). You will give your bottom another 50 / cheek right before bed so that you have your master fresh in your mind while you sleep.
