2023 rule book wedgies

Hey guys!
I’m fairly new to wedgies, only started doing them to myself about a week ago.
But in 2023 I want to have rules for wedgies throughout the year! I already cannot wear panties normally they always have to be wedgied in some way..
I will be travelling on trains for a few hours for work in January so I’m willing to have wedgies on the train..

I live with people but in my room I have toys, hanging wedgies are a bit difficult but I can manage them!
Please give me wedgie rules!

Limits: no messy wedgies, no piss/scat, no violence/blood, no illegal things, no involving people,
