There are people who like that trust me. You need to really be into pain play but its not all that uncommon here from what I can tell.

I really enjoy pain, but the one time I had a clamp ripped off my nipple, that nipple wasn't right for months. I never quite forgave that person, and I would never do it again. Long term damage like that is not my thing!

I love having my nipples hurt and tortured so I love having my clamps ripped off.

Only time that wasn't so fun was when the rubber ends came off as the clamp was being pulled off causing a fair amount of skin to be ripped off too. The pain was fantastic but sadly the person I was playing with felt bad so popped a band aid on it and stopped playing with that nipple.
