Ive been doing the muscle mass pt2, but I have no control over what I eat for part one. For just part 2 I am doing well, Ive kept it up so far (albeit one day).

Alright, for those of you who have been following this perfectly since i started it, today you are allowed a small treat You can have ONE thing, under 20g of sugar. My reasoning for doing this is because, while sugar is bad for you, our bodies are addicted to it in one way or another, so it helps the brain function without you feel like your going insane. What we're trying to do is slowly ween ourselves off it. So you are allowed a little bit today, one serving of under 20g sugars.

As for today's part!

For both training causes:

Do 15 Push ups each day.

This means, for those toning up you will do an extra 15. They dont all have to be at once, you can break them up if you need too.

I also recommend you look at my blog on meditation, and soon to come Chi Breathing (it will help improve your stamina).

Alright, i've got a second part for today. I forgot to add it the past few days.

It is:

Stop drinking ANY drink with the ingredient "Aspartame"

This is included in most "Diet" drinks. If the diet drink has Aspartame (Read the ingredients) AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE! Aspartame is a toxin which pads itself between fat cells, avoiding them from being burned off, and making you feel horrible. Aspartame can also cause Alzheimer's like symptoms in the morning.

However, if the Diet drink contains SUCRALOSE then it is fine! Just avoid aspartame! Splenda/Sucralose is Alright!

Going without refined sugar isnt as hard as I thought.
Also a few rules are very easy as I dont drink anything with aspartame at all.

Exactly, there are plenty of other sweet things you can eat


Alright, for todays part, this is for both sides, weight loss and tone up in order to increase heart health and stamina.

Do an extra 30 Jumping jacks (on top of the other 30) each day.


However, there is a second part to today for those trying to gain muscle and tone up!

Part 2: Eat atleast 25 Grams of Protein Per Day. You can find the protein information on the nutrition facts on each product.

I gained some weight last week, and I would love to lose it..!
So I join it now, if you don't mind.
Just the chocolate in my hand, then no sugar, I promise..!!

ADVICE - Set some punishments for doing something wrong, it would help..!

I think pure chocolate doesn't contain added sugar.
So maybe you can allow yourself some pure chocolate?

yeah lol..dark chocolate is fat-less, so I would have that from next time :P thanks for the advice
