Straight coffee with a teaspoon of salt would be most pleasant if you want to suffer a bit then add a tablespoon of sugar and a bit of cream (whole cream if you have it) and leave out the salt. It will definitely help you wake up, if you feel like you are getting too much caffeine you can let it out early for safeties sake. I think you'll do just fine though.

Curious, what does the sugar do in the enema?

It draws water into the intestines making the volume increase over time and can contribute to cramping.

No penalty you said it was a lot but you would try. Try again, we will skip the soap this time just tepid water. Take your time a start slowly when you cramp close clamp, try to relax muscles, breathe through your mouth and rub your stomach. When cramps subside and they will, repeat the process. I think you will be surprised at how much more you could take in. Report in this thread.

i think you need a balloo nozzle for this.

first take 200 ml poor glyzerin, than 200 ml oliveoil,
wait a little moment and give 1,5 liter soapy water.

give this enema in a standing position.

hold for 5 minutes, if possible.

have fun.
