If you can give yourself a nice 1 L enema. Then put on a skirt or dress and go to a public place and release the enema in your diaper. Walk at least one hour in your full diaper around before you are allowed to walk home. At home bag me for permission to change the Diaper.

Peel and banana and put it in the freezer. Cut it in half and put some lube on one of the halves. Give yourself a normal enema and top it off with the frozen banana half. You should do this in a diaper because the last girl ended up losing control while talking to me about it.

You will:

1. Will be diapered for six hours with no access to toilets.
2. Will be double diapered during this time, and can not change your diaper.
3. When the diapers are put on, put 4 suppositories up your butt.
4. At the start of each hour, have a 500ml (or 1 pint) drink.
5. Will not hold anything. If you have to pee or poop you go immediately.*
6. Must wear nothing except the diapers for at least 3 of the 6 hours in rule 1.*
7. At hour 4, you must take a laxative

So, I want you to drink as much water as possible and pee in your diaper. Then you do it again and again until your pee will start to drip out.

To do tomorrow:

5. Spend at least two hours in public
6. Take an enema before going out.

As for proof, I would like best proof you can get of people using your diaper, a pic of you diaper before you but it on, a pic of your diaper before you go to bed, a pic when you wake up, a video of you enema, and a video of a poop. And if possible all posted in thread. Also give a detailed report.
