Since Ori has been getting a lot of +1's lately, I'm going to give them a chance for a 5 day reduction.

Drink a liter of water (4 cups or so), wait for an hour, then pee on a glass. Drink half of the pee straight from the glass, pour the rest on the floor and lick it clean.
