Go to a public restroom and bring an opaque bottle full of piss with you. Shit into your hands and fill up your mouth entirely with shit, you can put any leftovers back in the toilet. Your one bottle of piss is all you have to clean your hand and wash your mouth with. Bonus points if you piss back into the bottle and drink it while out in public.

First collect ~1 liter of pee. Put it in water proof bag and hang the bag from nice height. Spread some clothes on the floor and kneel on them. Take scissors and cut a small hole on the bag. Now just try to collect all the pee into your mouth and try not to mess the clothes under you.
Because when the back is empty, you need to wear the clothes that were on the floor and only those clothes for 24 hours. During this time you also need to go out shopping for 1 hour.
