M/F rubber band shooting punishment
To be honest, I have seen this in a porn movie
 get your slave to lie down on his/her back, with his/her legs slighly elevated and spread wide apart (spreader bar, 2 chairs, ...). Now blindfold your slave, and start shooting rubber bands at his genitals. It hurts alot, even when you see it coming, the fact that they don't see it coming, makes them scream for mercy
