I clearing my rules and get a fresh start.

You can make my rules.
Rules can be about:
How long i wear the same underwear.
How I cum
How i sleep...no bondage
If i wear deodorant
...etc

Please state how long I should follow the rule.

Example
For the next week you must cum in the front of the same underwear once a day.

For the next month you must wear the same underwear, but when you use the bathroom you must spit in the front of the underwear 3 times.

The 2 rules above I would be able to do together, but the first rule would make the 2nd rule harder.
