The wording of the rules is badly written - but it has generally been accepted to mean that if there is more than one winner and loser, only loser get punished per winner (I need to think of a better way of doing it for v4 at some point)

I’m personally in favor of every winner gets to punish every loser. More punishment is the getdare way, right?

I know - I just need to work out a way that each loser only gets punished once, so that when I get railroaded by 6+ guys I don't die (as for some unknown reason I get really harsh and creative punishments given to me!)
