Note: this is in response to a request for an extreme menthol rub dare. You can use the minty, burning rub of your choice (IcyHot, Ben Gay, Tiger Balm, toothpaste). Some people are more sensitive to these than others, making it more extreme. Proceed with caution.

First off, you know some of it's going on your balls, right? Did you really think that wouldn't happen? The following roll is going to determine what else you're going to do. Don't apply it to your balls until after you roll, though.

1. If you're doing this dare by choice, it's probably turning you on. You know how when you're really horny, things don't hurt as much? We can't have that. Jerk off first, and cum, before applying the rub to your balls and whereever else it might be going.
