An effective way of establishing a power dynamic could be set up some things which the sub has to ask for permission to do.
Some expamples:

• Asking permission to masturbate.
• Asking permission to climax (even though you said it's difficult)
• Asking permission to use the toilet
• Asking permssion to get dressed/changed
• etc.

You could also set up some rules for them like:

• Must be nude while at home.
• Must do X when told
• Mustn't say no (unless it's breaking a limit or crossing a line)
• etic.
