You will only use public restrooms. If you are in your home and you have to go, drive to the nearest public restroom and do it there (as per your previous rules).
You must only use the restroom totally nude. While you are sitting in the toilet, keep your knees about 60 cm apart (2 feet). Never use toilet paper. Instead, wipe with your hands and later lick them clean.
