I think I answered this earlier ^^ There are some popular series that I love, such as The Hunger Games or Harry Potter, along with some crime fiction, like Kathy Reichs and James Patterson (though some of his are a bit crap.) I really love The Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom; whilst it's short, I think it's the most brilliantly written book, and I'm in awe of how he came up with such an idea. Furthermore, it really made me think. Ooh and not forgetting The Host by Stephenie Meyer- one of the best dystopian novels I've read.

What elements really draw you into a story?
I'm a sucker for suspense/tension, even if it's not too well-written. Got to have a bit of romance in there, too, but it really annoys me when that takes over the story when it really shouldn't be the focus (for example, in dystopian novels- esp. YA ones- the world is ending/has ended, is a teenage relationship really the main focus here?!) Also, I love reading about different worlds- it really amazes me, some of the places authors have created (for example, in Graceling by Kristin Cashore.)

What are your favorite types of stories/genre?
I've read quite a few dystopian novels, crime thrillers and fantasy books, which are probably my favourite. I just love escaping into an entirely different world

Are you kidding?! I often wish I was a book protagonist so that I knew that everything would turn out okay I'd really love to be in Harry Potter, Graceling, the Private series (by Kate Brian) and either Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging, or Bridget Jones, haha (who wouldn't want to know Bridget Jones? )

Okay, fantasy weekend #1
Definitely, definitely France. I want to visit there so much! Possibly Paris, maybe Brittany- I don't really care, just anywhere in France. We'd stay in a really nice, fancy hotel with a great view, and spend the days exploring the nearby area in the sunshine, people watching in little cafés, having some nice food, speaking a little French... then, of course, getting a little less relaxed in the evenings when we return to the hotel, taking full advantage of the soft kingsize bed...

I sort of have a chat thing going on at the moment, but it's the first time I've done something like that. I probably wouldn't meet up with someone in real life- or if I did, it would have to be after quite a long time getting to know each other etc.

Ooh, decisions, decisions... If we're talking absolutely any fictional character whatsoever, then I'd say the (tenth) Doctor. Over the course of one weekend we could visit countless times, places, planets, people, and even just explore the TARDIS. And plus, David Tennant ^^ If we're talking books, then Po from Graceling. We could explore the seven kingdoms and he could teach me how to fight, haha ^^ Also I think he'd be pretty good at verbal sparring, and perhaps it wouldn't be such a bad thing that he can read minds...
