i'm pretty much bald down there right now, semi-hard at about 6.5 inches. When i'm hard i'm 7 normally. Not sure on width. just a sock covering me right now.

My hairs are trimmed, did shave many times but too itchy when the hairs grow back.
about 6.2 inches when hard.
I'm not circumcised
atm it's not erect.
And it's partially free since I'm not wearing underwear under my trousers

I trim my pubic hair so I suppose it'd be "hairy" but neat?? It is always wet down there so.. there you go. I'm not sure what you mean by free or covered, but I'm going to guess.. I am indeed wearing underwear and pants right now.
