Can I make you mess your underwear?

Here is a quick dare to make you mess yourself. Your goal is to keep your underwear as clean as possible while following the tasks.

1. To get started squat down and push until your poop touches your underwear, then try to stop it immediately.

2. Next stand up and start walking towards the toilet, but every 3 steps you have to stop and push for 2 seconds.

3. Now sit on the toilet without undressing and relax your bladder until the first drop of pee reaches your underwear, then stop.

4. Time for some squats. Do 5 squats, and every time you are at the bottom push hard for 2 seconds.

5. Do 5 more squats, but this time you push for 3 seconds every time you are at the top.

6. Nearly done, 3 more squats, and every time you are at the top and bottom, let a drop of pee out in your underwear.

Ideally your underwear should now only have a small skid mark and few drops of pee inside. If so, you win this dare and can now pull your underwear down to use the toilet.
If not, and your underwear is messier than that, what's the point of removing them to use the toilet? Sit on the toilet without undressing and finish going to the bathroom in your underwear.

I haven't posted my own experience with this dare yet, so I gave this another go. I needed to poop really bad, so as soon as I squat down and started to push I felt my poop coming out. I managed to stop it, but a tiny piece fell into my panties. I then got up and walked to the toilet. With every push I felt my poop trying to come out, but I managed to reach the toilet without further messing myself. I sat on the toilet and made a tiny wet spot in the front of my panties.
Then began the squats. With every push I felt poop trying to come out, and at the third squat, I finally felt my panties stretch. With every push the bulge in my panties grew, and after the second push of the second set of squats, I completely lost control and pooped continuously until my panties were full.
I then decided that there was no sense in trying to not wet myself and just emptied my bladder into my panties during the last set of squats.
When I was done with the dare I had completely gone to the toilet in my panties.

What a dare. I hadn’t gone poo all day and needed to so badly. I made it a decent while, thinking I could hold up, but towards the end it got bad. When doing the squats and pushing at the bottom, I felt pieces falling out every time. Once i got to the pushing to pee though, is when it got very bad. My bladder and anus push together, so when I push my bladder, my anus also pushes. I got about half way through and felt a massive poop fall into my underwear. Now, I just wanted to finish out. I finished doing my squats and my entire rear was loaded with poop. I decided to push the rest out and release my bladder. Incredible dare and will for sure be doing again so, but with a diaper. The cleanup was brutal.
