You need to prepare a "discomfort pillow" by filling a fabric bag (a pillow case would be good) with stones (sharp edged pieces of stone of about 2-3 cm), and also a rod of about 5-6 cm of diameter and 30 cm long (it could be something like a piece of pipe, better if externally threaded, or a wooden stick, better if whith a harsh bark and/or some knots)

All the times you'll start doing things different from studying, you'll bare your ass, put the "discomfort pillow" on your chair seat and sit on it. You will also start a timer, and if you'll linger in non study for more than 5 minutes, you'll put the rod on the "discomfort pillow" and will sit straddling it. To be sure that you won't lighten the pressure you will sit keeping your feet under the chair, leaning only on your toetips.

Inform us daily about how many times you use the pillow and the rod, and how long each time.
