Everytime you bite your nails you must go to the bathroom and stick your arm as far as you can down the toilet.

every time you bite your lips get a really salty snack i.e. pork scratching and if that don't work then put salt on every time you bite them

everyme youflick your hair in any direction count it and when you get home unless your there already rub something in you hair and you cant wash it or let it get wet for 3 days after your last messy rubbing :P do this for 2 weeks minimum

mine is i avoid cleaning my room xD
