I have a black square birth mark on my buttock. As I was a post war baby it was always referred to as my utility mark.

It was like the symbol that appeared on clothing etc

I have one very high up on my thigh, almost on my bum, which isn't shaped like anything and just looks like a bruise, and another on my knee which is shaped like the county I was born in

I have one on the back of my knee, left leg.. It's so light now, the tan's kinda over-run it.. It looks like a little upside down moon, if I recall correctly. The curve and all that.
