Need a way to lock my arms

Hi all,

For doing this predicament http://www.getdare.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=323979, I need a way of locking my hands and arms by myself.

I dont have any handcuff or padlocks so would have to be with household items.

Get a roll of cling film, put a piece of string through the tube and tie to something.
You should then be able to pull the end stick it to yourself then roll around in it to trap yourself. Just make sure there is something nearby to cut yourself out if needed. This could be the hook of a coat hanger, or a carefully positioned sharp knife, with only the very tip exposed, so it will only start cutting into the film and not you.

Thanks for the replies, they both might be a bit hard to get into when I have everything else setup for the session though.
