Bed/Sleep controlled Dare

Seeing as December has started instead of doing nothing I thought Ide ask for some ideas. Anything you want me to do either in bed or before or after I will do. If you also want a dare in return I can do that for you ;p go crazy!

30 minutes before bed drink 1L of water or favorite drink. Drink another one just before bed. Once in bed you are not allowed out of bed for any reason until you are getting up for the day. You may give a return if you wish.

I dare you to either just poop yourself in bed there and then and fall asleep or poop yourself and do 100 jumping jacks and end it by having a relaxing sit down with a drink of water
