Homemade vibrator?

Hi y'all, not entirely sure if this is the right forum, but...

I want to start doing more dares on here, but several of the dares require a vibrator, but I live at home with my parents (for right now, I plan on moving out soon) and they are very strict and close-minded when it comes to this kind of stuff. If they were to find it, I'd be in trouble. :P

So, I was wondering, does anyone know how to make a concealable vibrator, that isn't too loud? I'd like to use it while I'm at college during the day for different dares/just for fun. Even if it was just like an egg-sized one, that would still be great.

well they make egg vibrators, or like the butterfly vibe, you could check that. also, smartphones have a vibrator app, check that

I have a smartphone, but its way too big (and I depend on it too much) to stick down there. I've attempted to use it as a vibrator once (Good Vibrations app), but the vibrations were too weak to really do anything, I barely felt it.

Homemade vibes are a hard thing to come up with. The ones in the stores are usually powered by batteries, which are hooked up to a motor, and the motor has some type of spinning weight attached to the motor shaft. Kinetic energy ones are usually a spring with a counter-balancing weight somewhere in the middle, and the spring would cause the weight to move back and forth as you move with it in (not very good unless you're walking around with it in you). Both versions would be encased in plastic to prevent the moving parts from tearing you up inside. Both would be hard to make without a bit of mess that would be seen. Electrics usually involve soldering of components to make the connections. The kinetics are dangerous if you have the spring not set properly in the plastic, or the spring pops through the plastic. The cell phone apps are probably your best bet. The next best thing would be a small bullet vibe, an egg vibe, or a butterfly... all the smaller of the vibes.
