What is your pre-bedtime ritual?

I check my email, read a bit, take my meds, and put on some lotion. It's boring, but I like it.

Ususally, undress, read for a bit, brush my teeth, wash my face, put on lotion, read a little more, and then go to sleep.

I'll check my phone, reply to any texts, set my alarm if needed, I might have a shower, then brush my teeth, use my face scrub St Ives ftw, then I'll lie in my bed and read for a while then I'll sleep.

i don't have a ritual in that i HAVE to do it but this is what normally happens:

check email and getdare and facebook
turn off laptop
then i make my bed all neat before i get in it (cause i never do when i get up)
then i get into bed with my socks still on, wait for it to warm up then take my socks (and any other unnecessary clothes) off and go sleep.

Exactly the same here ... and if like last night, i am cold, i "wake up" and put on clothes ... I ended up with a hoodie, pants, and even big sky socks (with the pants inside, since they were torn off) ... way to be sexy!

Bedtime
What is your pre-bedtime ritual?

Take off my clothes.

This time of year (summer) I do not put anything on. In cooler weather I might put on a t-shirt. In cold winter time I might wear a long-sleeve t-shirt or an old dress shirt of my husband's or even a sweatshirt.

Floss and brush my teeth. Rinse with mouthwash.

Pee.

Step on scale. (Smile or frown depending on the number displayed.)

Make sure my alarm is set. I frequently wake up before it goes off -- and even if I didn't, I know my husband would wake me -- but even so, I feel more comfortable knowing it is set.

Get into bed. My husband may already be there or he may be doing his undressed, teeth brushing, etc. routine.

We both tend to read for a while. (In case you wonder where the sex it, we most off have fun earlier.
