Put on a diaper, once the diaper is on you cannot stop wearing diapers until you hit 60 points through completing the tasks below:

+5 points: peeing in the diaper
+15 points: messing in the diaper
+15 points: going 16 hours without changing
+15 points: for every pot of baby food eaten
+1 point: for every 100 litre of water drank
+10 point: for every picture of you in diapers/abdl attire that you upload to GetDare

-25 points: for changing diaper
-5 points: for every adult meal eaten
-50 points: for drinking anything alcoholic

Put on a diaper. Every time you wet, roll a dice and see what happens. You may mess normally if you want.
1. Keep wearing the diaper
2. Add a diaper
3. Change back to one diaper
4. Skip next roll
5. Drink a cup of water out of a bowl on the floor
6. You are free from the dare

You cannot stop until you roll a 6, you may add a diaper if you start to leak, or you may change if you already have 3 diapers on.

Add the digits of your telephone number together.
Then, divide the resulting number by 6. That's how many days you will have to go without using the toilet and using diapers instead.

Now take the last digit, divide by 3 and round up to the nearest number. That's how many diapers you MUST have on at any one time each day.

Add your fourth and fifth digits together, that's how many jars of baby food you must eat before the dare can end.

Finally take your seventh digit: that's how many hours you must crawl about on the floor for on at least 1 day out of every 5.

Your eighth digit is the number of suppositories you must insert while changing diapers before the dare is over.

I love this dare because how bad it is for you is completely random!

Add up the numbers in your postal code. That is the number of hours you must be triple diapered and dressed in abdl clothing. Every two hours roll a die.

1. Drink a glass of water
2. Write something humiliating on your diaper
3. Pour a glass of water into your diaper
4. Watch an episode of a kids show
5. Add another diaper
6. Add 4 hours to your diapered time

If you leak you can change into a new triple diaper but you have to add 12 hours to your diaper time.

For the duration of the dare no using the toilet.

To start roll a die, that's how many diapers you need to, individually, wear and use for the dare to be complete.

For each diaper everytime you wet or mess (wetting more than just a dribble), you may roll a die and on a 6 you may change. Otherwise you must wait until you've both wet/messed again and waited at least an hour before you can roll again. Each consecutive roll you get +1 to the roll (so if you wet, and don't roll a six, the next time you wet you only need a 5 or 6; then let's say you don't roll high enough, then an hour later you mess, you need a 4, 5, or 6, etc.). This resets for each diaper.

Could be as short as a half hour, could be much longer, all up to you, your bladder/bowels, and luck.

For the entire day tomorrow you must only eat baby food and drink formula from a bottle. You must wear four diapers at all times and can only change if they are completely soaked. If it takes too long for them to get soaked then you may change early. You must go to sleep drinking a warm bottle and listening to nursery rhymes being played. In the morning you can only change after breakfast and you must be wet and messy.

On your next day off put on a diaper. This is all you may wear unless you own adult baby clothes. For the whole day you must crawl everywhere and you may not talk or go to the bathroom. If you violate these rules you must wear diapers for a whole week and your not allowed to use the bathroom.
