Advice for Chastity Device

Hi all! I've been looking at getting a chastity device but have some questions about choosing one for those with some experience.

Do you have or have you ever used one with a cum through (urethra insert)? if so what were your feelings towards it, good? bad? getting hard with it in? how long could you wear it? I am interested because i am uncircumcised and imagine i would like to have my, fairly loose, foreskin pulled over my head. i feel that would be most comfortable but may also cause some trouble with peeing while locked up.
It seems that most with the insert are steel however i would rather have a plastic.
Also is there any really good way to judge the sizing of the device? not the ring but the cage?

I feel like i had other questions that i cant think of now, so any other advice is most welcome!
