So I have a customizable program on my computer called Subliminal Flash. It does exactly what it says on the tin: flashing phrases that you have entered so that they can subliminally go into your mind.

That being said, I was dared to ask for some suggestions. Be as cruel, sadistic, and demeaning as possible.

Do you have any suggestions? Like I said, the crueler, more sadistic, and more demeaning, the better. This program is set to run every time I turn on the computer. I will add everything you put.
