Your punishment:
search for the dirtiest pair of socks, knot them together and cleave-gag yourself with them. Handcuff yourself or use zipties and a padlock, hands tied on your back. You need to freeze the key in water in advance. It's useful to attach a string to the key and to tie it later to your wrist so you cannot lose the key.
