HELP ME! Make my balls look like this!!

For larger balls, you shouldn't orgasm. EDGE AS much as you can without cumming. This will probably take a while though. It isn't immediate. Attach rubber bands so your balls are squeezed. Keep edging. Attach a weight to shoelaces and then drop the weight a few times. EdgiNg and not cumming are the keys to what you want
